I have been getting my car insurance with Brad since 2010. My wife was originally with him, as was her family. When Fia (my wife) moved in with me, we decided to join our insurance companies. The reason was that paying for multiple policies did not allow us to take advantage of possible savings. My wife had nothing but praise for Brad, and so I agreed to switch over. Brad and his team are great to work with. There was one time when I had a problem with my debit card for the automated payment. Brad covered the payment, and then called me to see what had happened. He did this so I wouldn’t lose one of the discounts he had found for me. When I bought my home, I called him about homeowners insurance. Brad was extremely patent, answered all of my questions, and even found a few more discounts that I was eligible for. What I do enjoy is that Brad and his team are not pushy on getting you to sign up for services. I do get a call generally about once a year asking if there are any changes to my policy – and at that point they may make a sales pitch – but that is it. Brad is simply there when you need them. What is funny is that I had worked with other groups before going to Brad, and he is the only one that has call me directly to check up on things. “
