Brandon has been helpful in keeping me aware of changes to policies, new and upcoming deals and anything else I need relating to my home insurance. He is also very good at just staying in touch in general, sending out nice emails periodically, such as for holidays, local events and even my birthday. He was very helpful in getting me started with the plan, explaining in detail everything they do and do not cover, what the process for making a claim would be and answering any and all questions that I had. I never ran into problems dealing with him or his company, and he has treated me with the utmost respoect through out the entire process. I, luckily, have not had anything happen that would require me to make a claim, however I am confident that if or when such a situation does arise he and his company will be helpful and I will be able to rectify any and all damage that might me done. Again, he has made the entire process simple and easy, leaving me with a great feeling that I will be taken care of if something occurs that requires me to use the services offered by brandon and allstate insurance. He also did not pressure me into buying additional insurance that I did not need, as I already have providers for life, and car insurance and he was very respectful of that and did nto try to pry and make a sale. All in all he has been great.
