HE ADDRESSES THEM QUICKLY AND SENDS ME A CONFIRMATION. NO MUSS NO FUSS. IT SEEMS LIKE THAT IS MORE AND MORE RARE. M OTHER AGENT WITH DAIRYLAND MADE ME CALL IN AND DOUBLE VERIFY EVERYTHING. IT FELT LIKE THEY WERE MAKING SURE IF ANYTHING WENT WRONG THAT THEY COULD PUT THE BLAME BACK ON ME. IVE NEVER GOTTEN THAT IMPRESSION FROM CARL. PLUS, HE SEEMS LIKE A GENUINELY NICE GUY. EVERY NOW AND THEN BRINGS UP OTHER SERVICES HE HAS TO OFFER BUT NEVER IN A PUSHY SALES KIND OF WAY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM BEFORE AND WILL AGAIN.
