I think I have only ever spoken to him once. When I call his direct number, it seems like it goes to a call center. Whenever we have to call in for any reason, we never get connected with Casey Hill. It always directs us through a phone tree and asks for some sort of key code that it swears is on my statement but it isn’t. To give credit where credit is due, the call center always fulfills all of our needs. The representatives are always very helpful and kind and they always ask if there was anything else I needed assistance with before ending the call. It’s just my agent, Casey Hill, that I have an extremely limited experience with. I think the only time I spoke to him was when we were very first establishing coverage.
