I’ve been a state farm customer for many years. When we moved to Illinois I found Charles’ information on line and stopped in the office to check into switch our policies over from out of state. The employee’s in Charles’ office were very helpful and answered all of the questions that I had. They helped me compare rates and choose the plan that was best for me and my family. Once we started looking for a house to buy, we stuck with Charles’ for our homeowner’s policy. Once again they were very helpful and helped walk us through all of the things required to insure a house. And as an added bonus, since we had multiple policies now, we were able to get a substantial discount on our monthly payments. We have not had to use our insurance for anything yet (thankfully!) but I am sure that when we do we will be able to count on Charles and his employee’s to help us through everything we need to do.
