I’ve been a customer for 30 years, and was referred to this agent by my previous State Farm agent. Erdahl’s staff has been quite responsive to questions. When I asked to save money, they found options for reducing payments and a plan that better matched my needs. I have had two issues with them, though. One of my homeowner policies was dropped for no apparent reason when I also took out a renters policy and they couldn’t seem to get it reinstated. This is still an issue. I’ve also had trouble making claims. Walking into the office to make a claim, I am now told that they don’t take claims in the office anymore and that I have to call the State Farm national claims phone line. My hearing is not good, so this is uncomfortable, but worse, I haven’t been able to get through on the phone anyway.
