My wife and I purchased our house four years ago and I chose Farmer’s Mutual Insurance Company of Callaway County. When I called the office, the woman told me about Gabe, so I called him and we met. He talked to me like I was a friend and looked over my paperwork. He went to the house to get some information and met with me again. He offered me a fair price for the annual insurance versus what other companies were offering. I worked in Escrow so I had an idea about the cost of the local agencies. After closing on the insurance, he called after we moved in and asked us how everything was going, which of course he didn’t have to do that. Since then, he keeps in touch and whenever I call him with a question, he gets back with me as soon as possible.
