Anytime I make a call to him or go into the office he is always very helpful. He does his job extremely well and goes out of his way to get me the best rates. I’ve even been called by him when he found out I could get a cheaper rate than I had before without me even prompting him to do it. Gary is just a really really nice guy and goes above and beyond to help me as a customer get the most out of my experience with him. I’ve been a customer of his for several years now and I don’t see myself changing anytime soon just because of how great he has been in handling everything. He is the main reason I stay there as he is the best agent I’ve ever had.
I feel Gary has done a very good job in the time that I have been with him. Firstly when I came into his office he told me his prices and then ran some other companies for me to help me find the best option. I know most companies don’t do things like that so that really stood out to me that he’d go out of his way to help me find the best option. He has also allowed me to switch my coverage from full to liability and back depending upon what I had going on that month, like renting a car. He didn’t get upset with me at all for doing this. Matter of fact he called me to let me know if I wanted to change it the time was coming up. He didn’t act at all concerned with his money cut but more with what worked for me. Overall he’s been a very solid agent and helped me out greatly.
