1. My husband and I chose Farm Bureau after being referred by my father. Dad had already switched to Farm Bureau and approved of Grant, thus I felt more trusting towards the agent. He also has a lot of awards and recognition, as you will see on his page on Farm Bureau’s website link that I provided.

   As we signed our cars up for insurance, Grant went through the process with us with upmost clarity and transparency. He is a very straight-forward man. When you tell him you don’t want to add additional coverage on this or that, he doesn’t argue. Instead, he first explains a situation that is easy to visualize and then informs you what the insurance does in that manner if you chose that additional coverage. We got both of our cars insured. I now currently have a new car and so does my husband. When we called to get those cars insured, it was easy and took about 5 minutes each time. My husband got his new car last year. I got my new car just a couple of months ago. We opted for more protection, as Grant said that it was necessary.

   I have Grant as a contact on my phone, and I have called him at least four times in the last 12 months. Before I got my new car, I called him cause I wanted to sell my old car to a junk yard. I did not know how to get the car uninsured. I found out that I would have to come up with a good reason to take the car off insurance for legal reasons. He educated me on the process and verified that I would get a receipt and transfer the title to the junk yard. I followed all the steps, and it went smoothly. I was able to take that old car off insurance before insuring my new one. I was worried that I would have to pay for 3 insured cars for a period of time, but he made it so I would not. It would have not been THAT much more expensive, but I already had a tight budget. I am so thankful to have Grant as my car insurance agent.
