Being I had to switch alot of information from NY to NJ, Greg was a great help. He walked me through the process of making all the necessary changes I needed to transfer my insurance information from NY to NJ, provided all the legal changes that occur, and even gave me the information I needed in order to contact the proper motor vehicle departments to have my registration changed. He understood that I still had the NY insurance policy and promptly made the switch, which saved me well over 30 dollars a month from mt prior policy. Generally speaking, Geico has been great for me as I use it for my homeowners insurance, but Greg went above and beyond the normal duty by showing me through my Geico phone app how I can bundle more packages and save even more money.
I enjoyed working with Greg because he helped me to find the best plan that fit my requirements. We worked out all the pricing options and chose the one that gave me the most for my money. I think that Geico is a great company as well because they always call me after I meet with Greg to make sure that their employee is performing up to standards and addressing all of my concerns. Sometimes, it can be difficult to trust insurance agents, but Greg has made sure that he is as transparent as possible with his work so that I know exactly what he is doing with my money at all times. I would highly recommend that all people find an insurance agent like Greg, because it truly does make the process a lot easier.
