It has been very pleasant and easy.
I was always worried about meeting with insurance agents. I figured they would always try and take me for a ride and rip me off. However, with Mr. James Hollar, I felt comfortable and felt that I could trust him. When we first pulled into his office, we were treated with respect and gave us his full attention. He explained to us our choices, the type of deductible we’d be paying, the types of coverage we had, and what every odd word meant. He also helped explain to us the convenience of the online portal that Allstate had on their website, and he helped us use it and set up an account so we can do it at home as well. All our questions were answered in a very concise and informative matter. We ended up getting the insurance very quick and going home very happy.
Fast forward to around a year later and our premium went up AGAIN (I believe the third time this year?) We felt that this was unacceptable and wondered what the cause of the increase in price was. We tried contacting Mr. Hollar the first time but didn’t get an answer. The next day we tried again, and we managed to get in touch with him. He explained that everyone’s premium went up and he himself was not happy about it, as customers weren’t happy. He explained that it wasn’t anything we could control. I felt that I might have been getting the runaround and he wasn’t being entirely truthful, but I felt I should trust him for now. I believe he is a capable agent and I think I can trust him.
