I was looking around for car insurance and I noticed this agency opened up right around the corner from where I live. I decided to check it out and I walked in and everyone was friendly. I was assisted immediately and did not have to wait a long line. They did try and get me to sign up for other insurances but I understand it’s all business but I kindly rejected the other insurances. I was very pleased as to how informative the staff was and there knowledge on the All State products. I have a 2002 Chevy Colorado and was informed I could have a lower rate if I switched to them over from Nationwide. Indeed I got my quote and was less then what I payed at Nationwide but not a major change. I think I mostly decided to change Insurance companies as well was because this one opened up right around the corner from where I lived to it would be much easier to go if I had any problems or questions. They were very convincing of the renters insurance as well. If I had the extra cash I would of bought the renters insurance because the staff was very persuasive and I guess it does make some sense to have protection for your belongings. Overall it is never exciting to go visit or change insurance agents but they made the experience flow very smoothly. There was no problems in the transition and I am planning on staying with them for quite some time.
