i’m honestly not a fan of the agency itself as a whole. the entire place feels very wolf of wall street. Their building is in a small run down old strip mall and it didn’t give off very good appearances. there is no waiting room and the receptionist was very rude and spiteful. i wasn’t able to speak with jason himself, only his pawns as i call them, he must be too busy to talk to the real people. then my quote went up from what we talked about over the phone, but they didn’t even have a reason why! “rates change sometimes. that was just crap. I could hear them yelling at each other in the other room, muting the customer and talking crap on the person they were trying to make a sale too. it was not a pleasant experience to say the least.
