We originally went with Jeff when we found he was able to give us a quote for Traveler’s. He was very kind and apologetic when he was not able to take my call right away. He has been very helpful in the whole process. When he gave us the quote for the car insurance he told me he changed the policy slightly to a lower coverage for one thing because we did not have cars that were worth the coverage amount. He did this even though it was a savings of two or 3 dollars per six months. When we had a hail storm earlier this year he helped me get the claim process started. After the the roof was replaced from storm damage he took it upon himself to inform the insurance company of the new roof. We are very happy to be doing business with him.
