My experience with Jeff Strickland has been great. My mother originally chose this agent, but I have continued to give him my business as he has been nothing but helpful and nice. He has always given us a fair rate, even better than USAA, a military exclusive bank that generally has fair rates. I have only had to call him once, after my windshield had gotten chipped. He arranged for it to be replaced, and it promptly was. Payment is always easy through the state farm application, but there are many other options (paying in person or mailing in a check). The one or two times there was an issue with the website / app when a payment was due, all it took was a phone call and reassurance that I wouldn’t be penalized if it wasn’t up by the payment deadline.
