My overall experience was very pleasing. .
I went into his office to see about reducing my six month premium. I had recently added my daughter to my policy and it was a significant price increase. I also added another car which also increased my premium. Needless to say, when i went into his office, he was very warm and cordial. I expressed my concerns and he immediately pulled up my policy and began trying to find ways to reduce my premium. Ultimately, he helped me reduce my six month premium by 25%. I was so happy to have saved so much. I am glad they had different options which allowed me to customize my policy so that I could have the coverage I needed but also pay the amount i wanted to. I would highly recommend this office.
