When i moved to florida i already had coverage from state farm. I had never made a move before and i wasnt sure what to expect as far as my rates were concerned. I went in to the office that was nearest to where i moved in order to ask about how i was supposed to proceed. The office of Jimmy Burkhart had a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. an agent sat down with me to discuss what my new policy would look like now that I was going to be living in Miami. Unfortunately the rates went up quite a bit because of the location i live in but Jimmy made sure that he went over every part of coverage to see where i could cut some cost out of my monthly payment. About six months after i moved to miami i was involved in a fender bender and the other person involved was trying to commit insurance fraud. The agents at state farm worked very diligently in order to prove that this man was trying to file a false claim. The agent came out to my job in order to speak with me and take pictures of my car since i could not make it to them. I loved this convenience and the agent was very polite and understanding. The problem ended up being resolved in my favor and i can really say its thanks to state farm listening to me and coming out to do a thorough job at investigating the damage before granting this mans claim. Overall very satisfied with this agency.
