I know that I can call in to other businesses automated call centers, and I know that I can access other businesses websites to do things for myself, but what I really want in an insurance agent is a personal touch. Joan provides me with that. She takes my calls day or night, or holidays. if for some reason I have to leave a voice mail, she will return my call promptly. I can stop in her office and pay her or I can send in a check. I am not required to pay with a card, or get my paperwork electronically. Joan has taken me back to a time were things weren’t as fast paced. I am pleased with her service, and I recommend her to anyone looking for the same type of service.
