I MET JOHN 10 YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS IN DESPARATE NEED OF CAR INSURANCE. I HAD JUST PURCHASED A NEW CAR AND DIDNT REALIZE MY OLD INSURANCE POLICY HAD LAPSED. THE BANK WAS THREATENING TO REPO THE CAR BECAUSE IN MY STATE INSURANCE ON A NEW CAR IS MANDATORY. JOHN WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM A FRIEND. WHEN I WENT TO HIS OFFICE I FELT COMFORTABLE IMMEDIATELY. HE UNDERSTOOD MY SITUATION RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS WARM, FRIENDLY, AND HELPED ME GET EXACTLY THE COVERAGE I NEEDED, I ALSO SIGNED UP FOR LIFE INSURANCE, I DID NOT FEEL FORCED OR FEEL AS THOUGH HE WAS JUST LOOKING OUT FOR HIMSELF. I NO LONGER HAVE THE CAR INSURANCE THROUGH HIS COMPANY. HOWEVER, BECAUSE JOHN WAS SUCH A GOOD AGENT I KEPT THE LIFE INSURANCE POLICY EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A POLICY THROUGH ANOTHER INSURANCE CARRIER. EVERY YEAR HE STILL SENDS ME A HANDWRITTEN CHRISTMAS CARD.
