I did not know anything about insurance when I first met John, as this was my first home. He has great communication skills and explained everything I needed to know in terms I could understand. He really goes above and beyond what I expected from a insurance agent. He is always willing to speak on the phone or meet in person when I have questions, and takes the time needed to make sure I understand my policy. He also worked very hard to make sure I was getting the best price and coverage available. I had believed going through a large company like State Farm would mean I was only another number to them, but that is definitely not the case. Great customer service and a policy I understand make me very satisfied to do business with them.
