Although Lloyd helpful once we are able to reach him, it is difficult to get ahold of him. It takes several phone calls and emails before he answers or returns his messages. It also takes him several phone calls and or emails before he handles the necessary actions (ie: adding a car to the policy, removing a car from the policy). They also do not send us insurance cards for our vehicles each month so we have to use the app to print them, which can cumbersome. Overall, the staff in his office are friendly and helpful. However, we pay over $200 for insurance on 3 vehicles and homeowners, so I am not sure that we are getting the best deal. He does do automatic payments which is helpful each month.
