I had recently moved from Arizona to New Mexico. I had to get an insurance agent in my new town. Lou is the agent that I received. I had issues with being over charged and what not. My policy was messed up because I had moved from Arizona where I had a policy with my sister. Now that I was out of state I had to remove her from the policy. Yet I was still being charged for her. Lou got down to the bottom of it and took care of it. My bill ended up being about 60 to 70 dollars cheaper a month because of that. I was really happy about it because he also was able to get me a set amount each month. Before in Arizona the agent I had was not as good. Every month my bill would go up and down. It wouldn’t stabilize. My agent could not do anything which I think was because she was incompetent. I had moved from Tuscon, Arizona to Mesa, Arizona about a year or so before I moved to New Mexico. That is when I got the incompetent agent. The first two months I was told one price by the agent and the bill ended up being 50 dollars more than the previous. It was a huge hassle and a huge pain. Which is why I am so thankful that I got an agent that actually knows what he is doing. It is less stressful and I can actually take his work on how my policy and bill will be. “
