I have filled out a form online to inquire about the premium on renter’s insurance. She has called me and emailed me. I have spoken with her a few times. I ended up not going with State Farm because my current company was able to offer me lower rate. She was very pleasant and listened to what I was looking for. She called me back when she said she would. My current policy was valid for another month at the time, so I didn’t want to cancel and get a new policy right away. She called me about 2 weeks before my policy would expire and went over the coverage and premium rates. I was ready to switch, but when I called my current company to cancel they were able to change some of my coverage and offer lower rate, so I decided to stay with the current company.
