Paul Bianchi was my parent’s agent. When I needed car insurance I asked them for help and they pointed me to Paul. That’s who they used, so I used him as well. It’s the only insurance I’ve ever used so I don’t have any other references. I don’t think Paul has really ever done anything above and beyond. My insurance prices continually increase every year, which is annoying. When I notice a rate hike, I call in and inquire about why they are going up and try to reduce them. In my mind insurance is required by law, so it’s a necessary evil, but I feel like it doesn’t really matter who the agent is. My insurance rate was hiked up again, so I’m going to call within the next couple of months and see if they will reduce it back again. If they don’t I really have no qualms about switching to a different provider. It’s on my todo list to shop around and compare rates at some point.
