I have had a few minor incidents in the past regarding car insurance. Philip, my agent, has been fairly helpful with my problems. I’ve always been able to get a contract altered if needed, or check on details.
I like this company and agent because they provide me with relatively low rates. Switching on or off a policy has been easy in the past. I was promptly refunded money when canceling a policy, and was quickly able to renew a policy when I called in.
The few times I’ve interacted with my agent to try to square some details on a policy have been pleasant. The agent was courteous, and worked with me to choose a policy that made the most sense for what I was trying to do. Very happy.
