Although we have seldom had to process claims with our insurance through this agent, when we have done so we have not had any extreme difficulties doing so or problems with getting issues resolved. Our household has experienced a few accidents over the past several years; however, since none of our family members were at fault, most of these were processed through the other party’s insurance companies. However, when needing guidance or advice on these issues or having questions on issues relating to our homeowner’s policies with the company, this agent has been able to deliver. The one issue I would say could use improvement is that he can be hard to get a hold of over the phone. I don’t recall that we’ve been able to have him answer the first time we call, and it can take a while for him to return calls.
