When we bought our home in 2005 we had to have proof of insurance ( both flood & homeowners) to close the deal. We had no experience at all with this type of insurance.Had to have flood insurance. We did not know any agents in Savannah. We were steered to Rex by a mutual friend. And we are very glad they did. We bought both policies from him. He explained both policies and the differences in the two. How to calculate contents, rebuilding, etc.
