When I first moved to Rochester with my husband we needed to switch agents from when we were living in Buffalo. I chose this agent from a variety of local agents selling the product we wanted in my area (Hartford). The office has some of the best customer service i have ever experienced. My last insurance agent in Buffalo was a nightmare, so rude and the staff was extremely rude. Marks Agency is easy to get a hold of, call back when they say they are going to, and the office staff is so friendly. They got me a great price on my insurance for my home and car. When I first got my insurance quotes from them they found out i was pregnant, at the birth of my daughter we received a beautiful card in the mail from Rick congratulating us on becoming parents.
