1. Our agent has been fantastic. He is very knowledgeable of his field and has many years of insurance experience, especially in the insurance company that we chose, which is a plus. and is available anytime we need him. He is easy to reach and responds quickly. He is a kind and honest man whom I feel comfortable with. Rob has won multiple awards in his field and has been recognized for exemplary work on many occasions. I also love that his office is involved with charities, especially ones that benefit one of my favorite places, the children’s hospital of Philadelphia. I am happy and honored to have Rob as my agent, and hopefully will be acquiring home owners insurance from him in the near future when I purchase my first home.

2. My experience was great. I requested a quote online and was contacted by Rob almost immediately after receiving my quote. I told him that I was going to be at the dealership the next day to complete the transaction. Rob gave me a phone number that he could be reached. When I got to the dealership, the next day, I test drove the car for a second time. I then sat down with the salesman to fill out the necessary paperwork. Immediately after filling it out, I called Rob. He set me up with the exact same plan that we had discussed the previous day. When it was necessary, he faxed (as well as emailed me) proof of insurance immediately. That was really cool. There were some lengthy periods of time where Rob stayed on the phone with me (no waiting music or any nonsense) while the salesman completed his own sets of paperwork. I felt like I had been personally taken care of and that my business really mattered.
