Thankfully, I have rarely had to use my agent over the years. I have been with State Farm since I started driving, and they have always gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I wish their prices were a bit lower but I guess you pay for the level of service you get. I have never had a problem with any of my claims and anytime I have had t contact their office, they have been very quick to take care of whatever I need. I had a problem with part of my claim not being paid and I did not know about until the company came after me for the money. A quick call into the office got this taken care of and I never heard anything more about it. They admit if there is a mistake and fix it fast.
