The agent is very responsive to email and through phone call. He actually came to our house after we bought the policy to take pictures and record our belongings so we have ample proof for a claim in case disaster occurs. We had an issue with our roof where the insurance company gave us a very short time to fix the roof to make it insurance compliant. He negotiated directly with the insurance company to buy us more time to fix our roof. He also gave us the lowest quote for home owner insurance. We compared quotes from several companies in the area and his was the lowest price. Whenever we run into a problem, we can call him or email him and he always responds the same day. He is also available on weekends. He is courteous and friendly, I highly recommend him to others.
