Very favorable experience with Stuart.
Stuart Smith has been great. We have had multiple dealings with him and his agency over the years. There was a time we went with another insurance company due to the rates but we ended up coming back to Stuart. We have never had a homeowner’s claim but we have had to add or delete cars from our policies over the years and he’s always very responsive. I don’t believe we’ve had an auto claim under this insurance company with him, but the last company he was with, I believe we had three auto claims and they were always handled promptly and without hassle. Years ago we had a different insurance company and agent. My car was hit by a drunk driver and the claim was a nightmare. We were so happy once we switched to Stuart and his company. No problems on claim handling or service. And he is local, which is great. His office is right up the street.
