In all the years we have been with this agent, approximately 5 years, we haven’t talked to him in person once. He is always too busy so he redirects our calls to his wife. She then helps us out. When we went to his office once to change something with our insurance he was in his office but his wife claims he was too busy to talk to us so we actually do business with his wife. He always sends us stuff in the mail i.e. maybe if we want to change our policy of add something to it we don’t bother with it because we know we won’t be able to talk to him. For example we wanted to take our motorcycle insurance off because we sold it so my husband emailed him to let him know, my husband got an email back saying he was out of the office till the following Monday. We didn’t know if the email had been forwarded to someone else to take care of it. Finally my husband called the office on Monday, he was still out but the email was forwarded to someone, but it would have been nice to know that it had been forwarded.
