My agent was very helpful and kind. I told her what I had and what I was paying and she was able to get me more coverage for less money. She was extremely nice and I feel she was looking out for my best interest when selling me the product. I didn’t feel as though she was selling me stuff I didn’t need just for her to make an extra buck. She was very honest with me about how the insurance stuff works and what I need to know. She was very knowledgeable and able to explain things to me that I didn’t understand before. I haven’t had them for very long, but they have been more helpful than any other company I have been with. I hope to be able to stay with them for a long time.
