I barely interact with this guy honestly. He calls every once and a while but very rarely do we actually need to discuss anything important. I filled out earlier that I have car insurance with him. This is not true, but the form would not let me click on the little x on top of the word car to get rid of it. The business insurance we receive is thru my father’s company, which is located in st louis. Due to me being out of town, my interactions with my agent are very scarce. However, I will say that in the few interactions that we have had, he comes with very important points to be brought up, every single time. Usually I let my father take care of these talks but sometimes I butt in, and he is very courteous when that happens.
