I have had Farmers Insurance and Austin has been my agent for a while now. I have moved out of my mom’s house and into an apartment and I needed renter’s insurance. Austin was very easy to deal with and helped out a lot in the process and made it very simplistic for me and offered me various coverage options to best suit my budget.
Furthermore, I have had to make a claim with Austin before. My car was hit in a parking lot and the driver drove off after the fact. I did not see who did it as I was not in my car at the time, but someone else in the parking lot saw it happen. After everything was said and done with police reports, checking the place for a camera to see if one caught what happened (which sadly wasn’t the case) I contacted Austin. I explained the situation to him and a claim was filed easily and professionally. I was even given a slight discount as I did not need a rental car so they knocked some money off my deductible as a result.
Farmers has always been great to deal with and I would happily recommend them to anyone!”
