My experiences with Basil Lempesis, and all of the team that work for him at the office, has been great. I initially had a bit of trouble switching over insurance providers and they were able to help me get through it pretty quickly and easily. They are also a lot nicer than my old insurance provider’s office. This office has employees that know what they are doing and are happy to help when I have a question or need to file a claim. I haven’t really had an encounter with this office that was bad or negative. I have been with them for about a year and a half now and can say that I am really pleased with how they have handled things. Overall I am very pleased with Basil Lempesis and his office.
