Upon calling this insurance agency for state farm, I was going for the low cost, but after the initial call of professionalism and setting up a meeting it got better. Getting there I had all the info they told me to bring in as well as any questions. He got me set up with many discounts due to school, age, and drivers history. Getting good coverage and rate was important to me so we discussed and ended with a final verdict of what I needed and wanted. Jeff Lewis’s staff is also very professional and helped out a ton as well. After leaving with a plan, the staff calls a month prior to remind about the bill and even do the payment over the phone for ease of access. Upon turning a specific age they even called to lower my rate which was wonderful.
