This last year when our policies were due for renewal, they went up quite a bit for the Homeowners policy. We have never had a claim so we did not understand why the price was so high. We called Gary Lemenager and he insisted on coming out to our house and explaining all of our options regarding our Homeowners policy. He did come out to our house, but in the end he said it was not up to him to lower the price of the policy. He stated that State Farm makes the prices and he has to abide by those prices. We were not happy, but being with State Farm for over 20 years, we felt our options were limited. We told him that we will keep the policy for one more year. If it goes up again, then we will be forced to leave.
