1. Bob is a great agent. He calls you every year for a survey and offers to set up a meeting to go over your coverages. He explains the policy in language I can understand. The claim policy is fast and efficient. His office staff knows me by name. If a have trouble understanding a bill or have a problem paying on time he is very helpful and accomodating. I recently moved so he is farther away from my home but I won’t switch to another agent. I had a slight problem with an auto claim and he personally came to me to look at the damage and helped to get the claim covered. He is always friendly and goes out of his way to help people. He is almost always available when I call, and if he isn’t his staff is very knowledgeable and can usually help me.

2. This is the agent my parents have for their house/car/life plans. It’s been a long time since I’ve had to meet with him personally, but he and his staff have done a great job helping me get my plans set up and changed whenever I move or get new items put on my account. Right now I just have renter’s insurance and a rider for my laptop. Once I learned about getting renter’s insurance, he asked if I had any specifically important things to insure, and I said, nothing except for my laptop,” and he told me about how I could get that tacked on to my plan. It was really easy, and now my laptop – probably the most valuable thing I own at this point – is as protected as my entire apartment. The rates are really decent, too. And if I ever have a problem, I know that Bob and his staff are there to help.
