Sue has been an absolute joy to work with. She is quick, efficient, and always ready when we need her. For example, we recently leased a new vehicle. In order to pick up the vehicle we needed to have our new insurance forms at the time of the lease signing. I called Sue when I got into work that morning, probably about 7:30 am or so. I left her a message about what I needed and was in the process of writing her an email when she called–not even five minutes later. She had the new insurance documents to within the hour. She regularly calls to check on any updates to our home when getting ready to renew our homeowner’s policy as well. Whenever I talk to her she is so very pleasant and understanding.
