I don’t have much to tell regarding this insurance agent. I, thankfully, have not been in any accidents that would require me to use them. From past experience, though. They have always been willing to work with me on payment during policy renewal. Recently I had rents insurance which I decided to remove from my account. They handled it very quickly and even was able to give me some money back from what I spent on the renewal. As far as I know I have not had any increases in my insurance. The few times I have called the office, a very friendly receptionist answers and is very quick to solve any questions I might have. In recent months, I’ve been considering putting my boyfriend on my insurance because it’s the most cost effective option for us.
