He was the agent we were given after ours left the company. I have been a bit disappointed because every time I try to communicate with him, he is out of the office. When we talk, he sounds distracted and then requests that I text him all my requests. He has been prompt to return my texts but I would prefer to have a conversation with another human. It feels like it is an imposition and he can deal with texting but not talking. Our previous agent was worse and would not even respond to us so it is definitely an improvement. I will say the office staff has been very pleasant to work with and I appreciate their time. Overall, he seems like a nice agent and gets the job done, I just wish communication was better”
