Their rates are very high. I do not have accidents or tickets on my record, yet I pay more than people who have DUIs on their record. I thought my payments would be less expensive due to my good driving record and the fact that I bundled home and auto, but it is not. I have contacted the agency on multiple occasions to try to reduce my rates. They were very kind and helpful and were able to reduce them a small amount. However, the rate increased at my very next renewal date like clockwork. I would love to stay with Allstate, as I am satisfied with their coverage and customer service. I just need to find a way to get the cost down because I can’t afford their high rates anymore.
