We came to Phillip when USAA ran our rates up so high that we couldnt afford to pay them. I had worked at Cotton States before, which is now Country Financial, and I knew that they were a great company back when I was employed there. I gave Phillip a call for some quotes and he has been so helpful through everything. he helped us find the coverage that was best for us and compared that with how much we were wanting to pay, monthly. He explained coverages, including what was covered and also what was not so that we could decide if we wanted to add any additional coverages on to the policy. He offered us a tenant rider onto our auto policy, which kept us from having to take out a seperate policy and also saved us quite a bit of money. When we bought a new car, Phillip was quick to get us new insurance cards and also to alert our new finance company that we had coverage on the new vehicle. We have been very please with his help and professionalism.
HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY NICE TO US AND HELPFUL. WE RECENTLY ADDED A VEHICLE AND HE WAS QUICK TO HELP AND PROMPT. I WENT TO PICK UP THE INSURANCE CARDS AND HE HAD THEM READY AND WAITING FOR US. WE HAVE BEEN WITH HIM FOR A WHILE AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM AT ALL. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I LOVE THAT HE IS ALWAYS THERE IF WE NEED HIM. WE CONTACT HIM VIA EMAIL AND PHONE OFTEN. HIS HOURS ARE GOOD AND HE HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE.
