I have had mostly great interactions with this agent and his staff. There are several members of the staff that are very enthusiastic and a couple of people that seem like they are bored and have something else better to do when you call or come in. Those people didn’t seem to stick around though. Experiences with the actual agent have always been great though I feel a more personal connection with other members of the staff and that the agent is meeting me for the first time every time we interact. Our rates were originally lowest here but now we may change because of info of lower rates with other agents. I have no real elegance to this brand or agent so no real reason to stick around. I know others who only have glowing super positive reviews from here but i think their experiences are also mostly based off staff and not the agent.
