I have been with this agent for a long time. She has always returned my calls quickly. She answers all my questions. She calls us at least once a year to make an appointment to go over our statements. She gives us advise on what to drop as well as what to keep or may want to go up on. I do feel like she is a little more expensive than other insurance companies. But I am afraid to change because I have never had an insurance problem. Whenever I have had to file a claim. I do not get the run around. She is very responsive and gets the claim took care of very quickly. I have had friends with other insurance agencies where they have to fight to get their money. Never had this problem.
