I chose this agent based on a referral from a co worker. At the time, the agent had their own agency. At that time the service was excellent. He later merged with a larger agency at which point the service became much less personal and less satisfactory. I later add d my homeowners insurance to this agency. Originally that was good. Last year i bought a new home and i found it very difficult to work with the agent trying to purchase insurance for the new home. They did not provide personalized service and did not do a thorough job of answering my questions. Sometimes they would simply send me a copy of an extremely long, cryptic insurance contract. At this point, i would consider changing for a good deal.
