They are a little pushy, to be honest. My husband and I were considering homeowners insurance with them however I looked up their rating under that department and saw nothing but negative comments. So I said to his assistant that we were going to go window shopping with other companies to see their deals and look up reviews. Able’s assistant harassed us for everyday for almost a week with phone calls to get us to go to them with homeowners insurance. We do not appreciate pushiness. Not only is that rude, but it is very unprofessional in our opinion. Otherwise, they have been friendly and somewhat helpful. They do not give out information regarding policies. We had to ask ourselves and we’re still not sure if we got all of our bases covered. I would not recommend them due to the pushiness.
