1. I submitted a quote form on the Allstate website and then received a call from Mr. Funk about any questions I had. He helped answer questions on my current policies and took the time to give me quotes about different options. Upon his advice, I was able to purchase a reasonably priced auto policy and also understand what I am purchase and what I am covered. After taking the time to explain the policies and what the vocabulary on the insurance means, Mr. Funk assured and reminded me that he would not hold a grudge against me if I did not choose to go with Allstate. He understood that I was a shopper, obtaining quotes, and finding the best policies at the best price was what I needed. Mr. Funk also called me the following day to check in on me to see whether or not I needed any more questions answered, etc. It is the service that Mr. Funk provided that led me to purchase an auto policy with him.

2. When I first met with this agent, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The actual office was easy to access and felt very inviting. I did not wait that long for the Mr. Funk to meet with me. Once we sat down to discuss the different options for home renters insurance, he first went through the basic information of name, address, how long did I live at that residence. He then laid out the different options for renters insurance. I was unfamiliar at the time about how it works, how much does it cost normally, so he was able to give me that basic information before diving into what my actual rate would be. Then he asked how much coverage I would need, how much my property was worth. So we went through the actual calculations. Once that was finished, we figured out the payment plan. Going paperless is usually the best way to save money, so I opted for that one. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with every step. Very friendly and accessible. Would definitely recommend.
